Coolant cold level

So I just got my coolant flushed a few days ago and noticed that this morning the level in the tank is above the cold fill line. I might be wrong but is the cold fill line just under the seam or should it be about an inch above it.

When I replaced my water pump, I overfilled mine slightly and the level has been around an inch above the seam for months now.

No issues.
