Corsa exhaust tip

Today at my dealers I saw a Corsa Stainles exhaust tip-'one into two'. Single pipe in, but ends in "Dual" tips. On sale for 125.00 I have a Flowmaster 40 Series 1 into 1 muffler. Wonder if anyone has this tip, and would it restrict the flow?

That's a great price (if it was new) as it is a $200.00 tip and it will not restrict any exhaust flow.

YES! That's the one. Anyone know how it will sound with my Flowmaster?

Thanks,guys.

Good. I also have K&N FIPK with the Flowmaster. Love the sound.

I have the Corsa tips on a stock exhaust system. It doesn't noticably change the sound but it certainly looks nice. See my avatar.
The price was right. I won it at the Paris Landing GTG (Tennesee). Thanks guys for the great prize. I had a local muffler shop put it on. Total cost $15!!

Maybe now I need a new muffler. The shop recommended the IMCO brand for a good compromise of mellow sound without too much harshness in the cab.

Oh, and we are an Imco dealer, that performance muffler of theirs was very loud on my AV, just a heads up.

Can you say "flow wing"?

i have the whole Corsa system on my AV. i do have that particular tip as well. the tip alone will not change theh sound of the exhaust. to get the full sound effect you will need the Corsa muffler as well. let me tell you that you will not be dissappointed.
as far as putting the Corsa tip on anything else than Corsa pipes and mufflers... i hope you are prepared to get another exhaust system. the tips will outlast the rest of the system easily. the stainless steel construction of the system has shown no signs of wear yet. i have had it on two AV's so far. i even go under the truck from time to time to clean underneath. the whole system looks as good as new once i wipe it down, and rinse it off. i have none of that caked on dirt and grease on my system. gotta protect the investment. ;)
do yourself a favor and get the complete system. yeah, it will cost you a little more. you will not be sorry you that you spent the extra money though.
on other thing i would like to add. i have seen the tip installed on other applications, and it is limited to adjustment angles. this leads to the tip not being lined up correctly with the angle of the cladding. this makes the whole setup look very awkward. when installed on Corsa hardware you have different approaches you can take to get that perfect angle.
