Hi, welcome. That said, you need to go to the mod and acc forum. They are called spinners. You can buy them as whee;s and there are some wheels you can add them to. The moderators will likely move this thread or merge it into an existing one. Your best bet is to do a search on spinners, or do 'chrome wheels' for more details on aftermarket wheels. This should give you lots of reading material.
