Hello everyone, again El Dorado Chevrolet in McKinney, Texas has graciously invited us to come to their dealership for another fun GTG.

Then a cruise to Texas Motor Speedway for the Laps For Charity from 6-10 pm​
Lets have a large showing like we did last time. Following the GTG there will be a cruise to the Texas Motor Speedway for the Laps for Charity.
I will let El Dorado know a week ahead of time the number of AV's and people to expect.

We need to get more stuff rolling within the Dallas Ft Worth Chapter

Noted and changed all together. Laps for charity is from 6-10 pm that evening.
Was going by what Brett from El DOrado told me on the phone when we were setting up the date
 
I don't know. It might be to far for me to drive to El Dorado >:D. I mean it must be at least 3 miles.

This sounds fun, Me and the kids are definitely in.
 
ok its getting close to the time for this I need to get a list going of who all is planning to attend this as well as the Laps for Charity

Any word on if Eldorado can replace our tailgate cables? Hell they should at least give me my onstar antena they took off when they sold it to me :) not that I'll ever use it though.
 
We'll try to make it...it's our anniversary, but daytime schedule should be fine.

Saw NascarDave at QT on 380 today...but I was in the wife's mustang instead of the Av.

Yup - i was refueling after a service call in Linden.... $1.62 was best i saw all day :7:
 
comeone peeps we need more to commit for this, they are supposed to let me know this week about sponsoring us for the laps and the tailgate straps

I mentioned in the other thread, I'll be at my Brother-in-Laws for the weekend so we'll be there.

I got my recall notice yesterday and from what I can determine the new designed straps will not be available until sometime this summer and when they are in stock at dealerships they will send out another letter. However should you have a strap or two that do break in the mean time the dealership will replace them with the current designed straps and when the new ones are in stock they will be replaced with the better (?) ??? ones
 
Ok, time for my semi-annual appearance. Maybe -- I have to be near Tyler Friday and Saturday nights, may zoom in for the GTG.

Can I sign up for the door prizes, without actually being there? :rolleyes:
