Arrived at motel just after 3:00 Construction in KC slowed us down about 15 minutes, but otherwise travel was great. Kids are already hitting the pool. I'm in room 327Eric and Janelle

It's great to see a plan come together! 
Had fun. Sorry we weren't around for all the events. As usual I WAY over-planned the weekend. Didn't help that the Mrs. had too much sun and suds on the lake 
I will also apologize for such a poor Des Moines turn out. Really odd as I see them all over town. Not everyone's cup of tea i guess.
Didn't get a chance to talk to everyone but glad you all made it out. Looking forward to traveling to one of your areas in the future.

We made it home as well, a little after six our time, just a couple of stops on the way home for Molly n Mommy. Stopped at the banks of the Mississippi River, tried to talk Lu into a swim but she wasn't bitin!
Had a good time in Des Moines and looking to do it again.

I drove & and drove and then drove some more but we are still not home! I started feeling bad, not well anyway about the time we entered Il and after half way through the state I decided to pull over for the night.
Good to meet new friends and connect up with old friends again, hope everyone had a great time, I know we did!

I am VERY sorry I missed this. I have been looking forward to it for many weeks. My whole weekend plans kinda fell apart one after the other. I knew yesterday was going to be busy- Butch called and said you were all headed to Boone, but I was helping do some work at my church and then had to get caught up on stuff at home in the arfternoon.
Then, today, there was an "impromptu" family reunion as relatives came from South Dakota.
I actually SAW SOME OF YOU leaving the Machine Shed restaurant as we were getting ready to pull in!
So, another GTG come and gone, and I missed it.
Glad you all came to our great state; hope you enjoyed what he had to offer- I know the rain and flooding has put a big dent in our summer time fun.
Hope you all arrive home safe.

Hope to see you at another GTG on down the road. I do have the package that I put together for you and a couple of other members who did not make the GTG. If you want it just click my email link and send me your address and I will mail it to you. There is nothing of real value in the package but it will remind you of a GTG that you almost made!

For the newer members that attended, now that you have first hand experience at a GTG, please feel free to organize one of your own. You don't have to be a Cruise Coordinator to do so, and we are always willing to point you in the right direction.

Well, the round trip mileage with absolutely NO flaws at all besides a sore buttocks was 845 miles from the time we pulled out of the driveway til the time we pulled back into it. If the AV got better gas mileage, there wouldn't be a GTG that I would miss! The wife and kids would just fly to wherever it was held at and wait for me by the pool....
