Difficulty Starting

New here, 02 Avalanche z66 with 5.3 220k miles. Replaced maf sensor, tune up, oil change, air filter. Will not cold start without starting fluid if it got below 40 degrees the previous night. I'm in Southern California, and its a problem

Check fuel pressure.

X2 on the fuel pressure and also the fuel filter.
