When I saw them I sent an email to Wrigley to see what they were for. This is my reponse:

Not sure where the original sightings were at? But, I seen one today in Huntsville, Alabama, but the wheels were a little different, they had gold trimmings on this EXT. Just wondering where the original picture came from, to see if they are migrating around the country or something. But, they could have also been sold if the above mentioned post was correct and there marketings has ended. WHO would want to buy THOSE.. I mean it stood out, but COME_ON..... My YELLOW AV stands out ALOT better than that, without the added laughter. Just my .2
