2006 Avalanche with electric everything.
Nothing works on the drivers door module.
It was disassembled cleaned and no damage wear or problems were seen, It was not even very dirty.
The BCM was unplugged to ensure good connection of the plugs and reset the BCM.
So far nothing has caused the DDM to work again.
This started with a bad battery but the switch worked fine at first but stopped working, even after replacing the battery.
I don't know where to look next and have not been able to find what to do next.
Am I at the take it to the dealer?

HOw do you know nothing works?

Did you check all ground wires?

Fuses and relays?

Well to be more precise, the window, door locks, mirror, and seat heater no longer work when the relevant switches are engaged.
I have not found any blown fuses, dirty or loose connections or other obvious problems.

Did you try swapping the circuit breaker

Thank you for your question.
I did try swapping and even replaced with new but no change.
The thing most confusing to me is it all worked fine before the battery problem.
I did use a jump box to start the truck a couple times but the switch worked after that and I was careful not to spark anything.
If it was one or more functions that were no longer working that would be one thing but not all functions at once.
I have checked the 12v feed wire for the switch and it is fine.

Do the lights on the switch come on when the head light are on, pretty much that's about all you can do with it. The dealer can try a reprogram.

I experienced a similar issue with my DDM where nothing worked. I tested for power at the harness and found it was there so I replaced the switch with one from Amazon and it fixed it.
the one I got isn't perfect as the window lock button is very stiff to release of locked.

Thank you for your response.
These things are so inter-connected and complex it is nearly impossible to find the problem, or it has been for me.
Im thinking I will end up at the dealer for what will likely be $$$.

Yeah you would need some specialized tools to go any further.

Did you get an aftermarket or original equipment?
