Driving lights diode part number

Does anyone know the part number for the diode under the dash that controls the driving lights? I've traced the circuit and the diode is bad but the part has no markings.
The local parts shop has nothing for it and I don't mind a junk yard part but still would like the part number so I can order a new one.

Yesterday I spent three hours at the local yard checking all sorts of chevy trucks and couldn't find one.
Anyone?

Sadly no, but appreciate the link.
It's under the dash to the right of the steering column and tucked up a little ways. It has a large metal heatsink a little over 1/2 thick with a diode in the center and has a two wire connection.
The issue is that the relay under the hood for the drls on pin 85 is receiving less power than the necessary 12v. From what I've researched, it's the diode I mention and from the size of the heat sink, it must get hot easily so dropping a diode in place without that big heat sink would just cause more problems.
I'm considering just wiring them up to my fog light switch and be done with it.

They'd work I bet and I'll get one just to keep the original system operational; but today I ran out of patience trying to find the OEM one, so after work I spent about half and hour and wired them up to my fog lights.
Now I have the drl, low or high, halos and fogs at will.
Tomorrow I'll brighten up the fog lights and call it done.
Appreciate the links.
