Dry Door Gaskets

I think my detail guy got something on my door gaskets, especially the rear ones seem overly dry.  I've read that petroleum products will cause them more damagae than help.  What should i use to oil my door gaskets ???  Have any of you guys noticed this also.
 
Yeah, I agree, 303 is the way to go, it stays on and keeps your seals pliable and won't harm them.? I use it on my composites exclusively, and leather seats, and dash etc.

Question, I've heard about this 303 stuff, supposed to be pretty good stuff for the dash and stuff, where is it available, auto stores, wally world etc......?
