I have seen the ebony and morocco interior in the H3 and the new Malibu and I love the look.? GM is pushing it hard and I would go for it, especially with a darker exterior colour on your vehicle.? I know others who are not so keen on it, though, but most like it!

^^That is the Ebony/Morocco, only available on the Z71. I love it, and the burnt copper color injects some spice into the interior, but still not overly so. Looks great, and is relatively rare.

Only on Z71's, and available from the start of them. Same with the Ebony/Titanium combo some Z71's here have, or the all Ebony.
I think the Ebony/Titanium looks gorgeous, but I always love a little extra color, so it's tied with the rarer Ebony/Morroco in my book.

Last week I bought an '07 Tahoe Z71 with the ebony/morocco interior and absolutely love it. I like the richness of the colors and that the color combination is a little more unique. I bought my '02 Green North Face Avalanche with the two-tone green seats for the same reason.
The only thing that I dislike is the contrast between the ebony leather, carpet & dash with the light tan a & b pillars and headliner. I was surprised that those weren't ebony as well.? This doesn't show in most of the photos I have seen, but it's a way for the General to save money.

They've done it that way for a while, keeping the pillars and headliner a very neutral shade (not really gray, not really tan) mainly to keep the interiors from getting too dark--and the reduced complexity is a side benefit. Other vehicles are like this to some degree too, and others are not, it just depends on whether you even notice it or not or care.

I have not seen these leather seats but from the previous posting I think they look great. I'm probably not going to get a new AV until next year but good to know the available options before I shop.

The Z71 is an option on 2LT & 3LT models, but not an option on the LTZ. It is no longer a model as in the past. Hope that helps.

I like it , but with the limited color options they have on the Z71.....
the only thing that it would work well with is black.... white would be ok.... but the titanium seems to be better fit there...

The Mahogony/Ebony interior is an option on the 3LS package (not just the Z71) but only available with the black exterior.
Might be that the only 3LS packages are Z71's, I couldn't tell from the Chevy build site, but the Z71 option is selected AFTER the 3LS and after the paint and interior is selected.

It is the 2LT or 3LT package with the Z71 offroad package that offers the Ebony/Morocco Leather or the Ebony/ Titanium .. That's the only way you can get it. The LTZ only offers a solid color leather.

within 2000 miles there is one Moroccon in Rexburg ID, 2 in Thousand Oaks Cal, 1 in Grand Junction CO, 1 in Rapid City Cal, 2 in Yuma..... there's the western half of the US... a few in Tex El Passo Lovick, Lamea , one in Minnisota, a few in Witchita... Most exteriors are black 11, 5 white and 2 Sport Red.
Another thing to remember is that if you see it in person it looks different than the digitally enhanced photo on the web site....

I think that looks sweet, probably only with a black Av though. I just picked up my z71 (Summit White) today with the titanium/ebony seats. For everyone who saw it, it was the first thing they commented on. Another buyer was at the dealership when I picked it up and he had just bought another white Z71 with ebony seats four days earlier. Looking at mine, he had a case buyers remorse! . I'd say if you can find/order it, go with the two-tone combo!

agreed... the titanium inserts are handsome... Avalance has them in his.... I' not yet sold on the brown.. I need to see it
