Morning all, 2003 Avalanche issue, while driving today my dashboard freaked out, up popped unknown driver, radio went off, all warnings on dash and window won't roll up, help!!!!!!!!!

Could be many many things.

Suggest you read about some similar issues in this section.
Look up ignition key.
Aftermarkert alarm starter issues.
DRiver key
Cluster issues
Mice chew wires
Ground issues
Battery issues
alternator issues.
Wires cut
Fuses blown
BCM or ECM issues
etc etc etc

A lot of things to consider.

First thing that comes to mind is to make sure all of the grounds are clean and intact.

How is the rust situation on your truck?

There is a set of grounds on the frame under the drivers side that could easily be compromised if the underside of the truck is rusty.

Since you have several things acting up, I would think that verifying the ground points would be a good place to start.

Others will reply with their experiences, I am sure.

I was recently watching a YouTube video of a guy who had the same issue. Ended up it was the ignition switch. Said it was a very common problem.

I've got similar issue, but after turning ignition on. Car is starting and after 4-5 minutes of riding all it's geting to normal apart that icon of car with padlock is on.
Any ideas where to look for the problem? That was first time happen when temperature was around -17C

if you still have the problem, since I know its been a couple weeks since you posted this, I would try the ignition switch. My buddy had a similar issue in his 2004 silverado and an ignition switch fixed it.
