Engine not shutoff after key removed

I wonder if anybody can Help. 2012 Avy, Bad storm here in Florida this week and I drove trough some water that was up to the running boards really slow but made it thru. Stopped at store and got back in truck failed to start up just clicking, after 5 minutes waiting started back up and I drove home. Turned the key to off but truck stayed running for about 10 seconds and then died. Check engine light appeared and I ran the code P069E. Cleared the code with my scanner and check light is off. Let truck sit for a day and it started back up no problem. went to work about 10 miles and removed key and engine stayed on for 10 seconds then died off. Whats my issue?

Seems like water in the wiring... If you feel lucky go drive it for a couple hours, then bring it back to a garage with a dehumidifier and a couple box fans blowing the air around to dry it out.
The harder route is to start tracing wiring looking for 12v going to the fuel pump when it shouldn't be... Sounds like a wet control module or relay..
