Yes and No.
Yes but would require MAd mod skills as 2002 has older computer system and CAN etc... and does not match u pwith the newer 6l.
Easy swap = go with 2002 engines
NOTE: Some very early 2002 (made early 2001) utilized throttle cables (in lieu of todays drive by wire tech) and older smog stuff on engine so computer really out of whack.
