Escalade EXT Return possible?

Ahhhhhhhh Nope.

Read it they say GM is not working on this but a dream of theirs

"Before we get too carried away showing off this digital rendering, we should mention that there is currently no indication that Cadillac is working on an Escalade EXT model. We were curious how the new 2021 Escalade would lend itself to a pickup truck body style, though, so why not go forth with the experiment?"

GM isn't even putting a midgate in the upcoming electric Hummer which is the perfect vehicle for it based on the overall design. Why - because it's too difficult (don't get me started with all the other crazy features they have in it :E: ). Anyway, if they aren't going to do the final step on the Hummer which would make it an electric Avalanche/EXT, they certainly aren't going to bring back gas version.

Ah the start of another year and the optimist come out with hopes and dreams of the next generation AV etc. :B:
There are older threads on this site about all the rumors that come out every few months since 2012 when we first learned that 2013 was to be the last year of the AV and EXT.
Welcome to the site Texas and Pacific, hope you have many safe and happy miles in your AV.

If only....and if they ever did, the cost would prob keep me from pulling the trigger

Since I don't pay more than $20K and I only buy what I can pay cash for, I doubt I would live long enough to ever drive anything that is new these days.

Seeing a how a new Escalade ESV Sport is $108k before tax, tag, destination fee and all the other crap they tack on I can see the fairytale press release being something like the following.
GM: "Introducing the newly redesigned 2022 Cadillac Escalade EXT, starting at a low low price of only $129,999.99".
By 2035 we might be able to afford one of the 15 that would be sold in Texas and haven't rusted out yet.

They are coming back with the new 2022 chevy avalanche. It has been confirmed isnt this awesome!!!
Can you provide proof from GM please?
link to press release or something?

Otherwise you are just spreading false rumors.

I agree with both above, as i have stated for years there is always rumors floating around of a next gen AV or EXT but until I see and read it on a GM official site I tend to not believe any click bait site or salesman bait and switch conversations.

Since the 2022 models are already in production, this is most certainly a fact and not a rumor. C'mon, think.

I have been talking with somw youtubers and they said it’s possible but not 100%. Sorry for the misinformation please dont kick me

Try not to take it personally, it does show your optimism and hope for a third gen AV. The problem is the internet is full of trolls and click bait sites that preys on the optimism of people in general. Then people want to be the first with good news to pass along to others.
The long term members on this site may be a little jaded since we have been dealing with these rumors since 2012 or so when we learned 2013 was going to be the final year of the AV and they keep coming up every couple of months since then......
