The Arizona Avalanches group has done an AWESOME JOB!!!!!! This is a well organized GTG with each day appearing to top the previous! The welcome packet was fabulous! Great job on recruiting the sponsors, too

Day Five is done, and another great day!
Headed out to the Meteor Crater and never had as much fun looking at another hole in the ground.

Then off to Winslow, Arizona to enjoy Route 66 and the official "Standin' on the corner" park. That was alot of fun.

Then back into Flagstaff and a great group dinner, and some good conversation.

Thanks to a great group of people, we are glad you are here!!

Tomorrow - Lake Havasu, the London Bridge, and then off to Boulder City and Vegas!!

What a week!! I know things have been pretty quiet, not many pics or posts. That's because we have been out having too much fun!!

Last night we drove a bunch of the Avs out to the beach at Lake Mead and hung out under the stars. We all dumped a bunch of pics on to Cliff's new laptop and sat around listening to tunes and watching a slideshow of about 750 pics.

I am sure there will be a flood of pics posted this week as everyone heads home and gets back on the board.

This has most certainly been an adventure that I'll remember for the rest of my life. The things we've seen and the company we've shared it with were the best. The AZ Avs are a fantastic group: a bunch of friends I will do my best to hook up with at any chance I get. Thanks for making the first National GTG the best!!

Yes, living under a bridge is safe shelter - and cheap too. Kinda noisy though.

.  .  . .. I'm about 6/10 mile from there.

My camera is a bit limited (4MP with a small lens), but quite handy and so far, reliable. The images there didn't come out all that well, but the photo op was fun.
