I have a 2003 avalanche z71 my owners manual says that the RR wiper 15A fuse (side of dash) is in used but in my truck it has a fuse in it is this normal. the rr wiper under the dash also has a fuse in it. I am trying to find a switched fuse to install a accessory plug for my garmin gps/backup camera

It may be easier to use the SEO plug in the under dash fuse box.

is this the one under the steering wheel above the pedals. How do you tap into the circuit there? Thanks

I bought a Tekonsha brake controller harness 3015-p (around 10 bucks) cut off the plug that goes to the controller and tap in there after you move the pins around for what you need. The plugs(c4 c5 c7 c:cool: are all the same size, but they have little channels that are different( just trim the channel flat so it fits)

I also used a relay and ran the 30 amp wire to power the relay then use the run\accy wire to the trigger the relay.

Oh its the box above your left foot and has a cover on it.
