It's taken me long enough ... ? I've had the picts for a couple months, just took a while getting them developed, then had to borrow a scanner...

I need to stop spending on the Av , and do some PC updating (like a total overhaul and pitch my ORIGINAL Pentium 333, get a nice Dell P3 1.8ghz, scanner, digital camera.....)
or just screw it and get a 6in lift, welds, and tires ?>:D

The picts aren't too great. ?I should have gotten a good front shot of the grille & bowtie, and a full rear of the exhaust. Next time...

BigBlue

I love your inside
Is that a Sierra denali dash bezel, or is it a yukon deanli bezel. I now that one has a rectangular hole whiel the other has a square hole.

Have any pics of the full dash?

Also, I see that you have some trium around the bezel that is white, and I was wondering where you got that from

I love the look around the light switch and other parts - looks like the titanium effect on the bezel

Thanks

anthony

big bue is that a FIPK K&N air filter if so how was the installation on it im thinkin about getting one of those along with borla cat black exhaust and maybe a jet performance chip

What kind of HP gain can you expect by adding the K&N FIPK??? Is it noticable? How about the Borla exaust? Much louder? I would like to make my AV a little quicker and get better mileage >:D. I get around 18 right now on the highway. It's a 1500 with the 3.73's, Z71 and loaded to the gils with every option.

thanks! ???

I don't know how much of an mpg increase I got from adding the flowmaster dual exhaust and the UPD FIPK w/ K&N, but I average 17.5-18mpg now.

As far as power - a noticeable diference ;D, and the sound is great >:D

No thank you! Sorry for the delayed post... Still trying to find my way around. It's the Yukon. And the trim isn't actually white, it's a brushed aluminum I found on E-bay. I'll post some full pics tomorrow!

Installation was nothing. About 30 minutes beginning to end. Gives it just enough sound that when the kid in the Civic pulls to the light and revs that mosquito sound he thinks twice before dropping the clutch. >:D I used the SuperChips upgrade and it made a hell of a difference on all fronts - performance, shifts, gas mileage (of course you're forced up to 93 octane now so...)

BigBlue, From looking at pictures and reading it would appear we have the same ultimate goal (to go broke) and are just taking the steps in different order.
I wish I had got the 305/50. Instead I did not question that the dealer would hook me up right. They ordered 295/45. They are close to an inch smaller in total. When I wear them out I'll go up tothe 305's.

You should think about some blue vinyl for that cross bar >:D

Sledmeister,
I have installed the K&N and flowmaster. I did not track mileage (your foot seems to become a little heavier anyway >:D) But he sound is great.
What I liked most was the feel. I don't know if this will make sense or not, but after the install it was like an electric motor, it is just smooth when you hit the gas, no hesitation, no jumps.

Quick question.. what is the difference between the regtangular and square opening on the dash, what is this talking about? (perhaps photo, please?). I think that I need to order the one with the rectangular opening for the Av, is this correct? Also, does anyone have any info about getting the matching trim for the console areas?
Thanks in advance,
Lightning

Yeah - I do like that bar ... Where/how'd you come across your vinyl?

Killer paint on the Cladding! Wish I could afford to do that, it would look great on my Indigo Blue Z66! ;)

I went to a shop that does pin-stripping, lettersing etc, They carry the 3M product line. They have all sorts of vinyl, colors and size.
