Hello, I have been trying to find a rear-end for my 2002 chevy avalanche and it's like beating your head against the wall since I have never had to do this in the passed. So I want to know how do I find what vehicle is compatible with my avalanche. Please help direct me to any links or sites I can goto to get my girl fixed.

Rock auto has a pretty simple system you find the part just tap the part number button and it will tell you what it fits. Just may sure you find the correct part because they are a couple of different axles that gm put in them..

I signed up at pick a part lkq website in my area southern California.
Put all 2007-2013 Chevrolet Avalanche, Tahoe, Suburban in garage so they email each time one compatible enters the yards in my area selected.
I haven't arrived in time enough to salvage any larger parts I'd like to get, the engine & drive trains grabbed up quickly especially with afm failure rates destroying motors.
