First Camping Trip in the new Avalanche.

Well this weekend we are heading out to go camping with some friends. It will be the first camping trip for the new Avalanche. Interested to see how much I will be able to pack into the Avalanche, I could pack some serious items into my older Trailblazer but it was enclosed. Looking forward to it.

Will see about posting some pictures one we have everything packed. Yall have fun this weekend.

I actually wish I could pack more in ours.  We did a week long camping trip last summer to Maine that also included side jaunts to Philly for a college visit and Jim Thorpe PA for a wedding.  We needed a rooftop carrier and were still busting at the seems.  I need to get a Snug Top before our next big trip.

Yeah, I have a PackASport top cargo carrier, a rear hitch Cargo carrier and am able to pack a lot of items into my truck and the extra storage areas.

When needed I borrow a trailer from a friend but I would love to get the rear truck bead cover for my avalanche for the larger trips to carry more things.

I know that we have another event planned for the third weekend in April that is smaller, but will be able to take all that we need for that in the Avalanche.
