I am glad I didn't find this site before I bought my AV  >:D

Modding can be quite an expensive habit.

Just learn to set a monthly "mod" budget and stick to it.

There are a bunch of theatre install pics if you just browse around through the A/V forum.

I have a question for all those with these "mobile theatres". How much do they really get used. I mean they do look awesome, but are they really necessary.
I can understand getting them if you travel with children often, or if you do a lot of camping - I'm just curious as too how often they're actually used ???

I have learned to give up other things in my life so I can mod. For instance, who says you have to have 3 meals a day. When in mod mode I simply have 3 meals a week!!

Who needs air conditioning. Let the family sweat a little. Its good for the skin!

We save money for mods by cutting back on water consumption. Showering is overrated.....once a month will suffice!!

I installed the same ones in my av. It is very easy took about a hour.1 Get some paper and make a template 1/8 of an inch smaller all the way round than the frame of the bezel. 2 hold it up to the headrest and mark all the way a round. 3 get a knife and cut the cloth out. 4
cut the foam out to 1 1/4 deep. 5 cut a piece of 1/4 plywood to fit in the hole tightlly 6 test fit the wood and bezel adjust as needed. 7 mix up some 5 min epoxy and glue the wood to the headrest 8 run the wires out of the headrest 9 mount the LCD screens to the headrests
10 open up the black box on the cable and unhook the plug from it and feed that end down the seat " there is room between the mount of the headrest and the cloth"
11 put the black box back together and run wires under the seat .12 put headrest back on seat with it back on adjust the wires and put whats left in the headrest and hook the cloth back together
Sorry it was long but I hope this helps ;D if you want I will email you a photo of mine can't seem to add them here
