Well, I hooked up my trailer for the first time since buying the Av. All I can say is, I'm gonna like this. :)

I only towed it across town fro the storage lot to home. And, right now the trailer is completely empty, no gear, no water in the tanks. However, it still comes in at 7,100lbs, and in stop-and-go city traffic, that's normally a pain. But the Av had no trouble at all accelerating, either from a stop, or while moving. If I pushed the pedal down, it surged forward. :)

Tomorrow will be fun. I'll be taking it on a short run (50 miles) at nearly max weight (9,000lbs). I'm curious to see how much of a difference it makes.

Let me be the first to tell you that sometimes you won't even know its their.

2500 power !!!!

Have fun and let us know what you think.

Well, i had my first tow this weekend and things went great.

Thursday 3/11 loaded the stallion in the trailer and 70 mph no problem... about 9 mpg and sailed along from Milford to Lansing.

Sunday loaded up w/ stallion and gear and 35 mph winds!!!!

Well i set the cruise at 58 mph and it tracked true and still got 10.5 mpg. The winds caused me to drive slower, especially with an expensive stallion in the back.
