FLCAN - Not responding to Data?

Hi,

I installed a CodeAlarm remote start 5054 and the FLCAN from FlashLogic.
I'm using the data connection method between the RS and the FLCAN.

Everything looks connected properly and I get continuity from the data port and the wires into the flcan.

There is a programming/pairing procedure on the FLCAN even before getting to program the RS.
I get the flashing green light, then the solid green. When I insert key and to 'Start' (the position right before the starter kicks on) where the directions (and crutchfield) say to have it, I never get the confirmation solid green.

Has anyone had this issue? I cannot get to the RS programming.

I have had the ODBII port read before and at one point, the fuse was bad (a while back when i discovered that the Cig lighter is connected through that fuse as well). The fuse is fine as the cig lighter still works.

Looking for any suggestions at this point.
Thanks.

In case anyone ever needs this, i figured out what it was a while back.

There was a set of wires on the RS that I had not hooked up yet, the parking lights one. On that there is a ground wire. That is really the only one that I was missing. In all the calls to Tech Support of both Code Alaram and Crutchfield, none seemed to know I had to have that one connected. I explained to them that it wasnt and they said it was fine. When I went through the diragrams again, i realized there was no other ground... So i hooked it up and it wokrs like a champ.

Only issue now is that sometimes the lock on the front drivers doesnt unlock on the first time. When it does all the doors, it opens everytime though.
