Maybe you can tell me what vacuum forming is. I am somewhat familiar with injected moldings but know nothing about vacuum forming. I am working on a mod that might benefit from this over the injected type. Is it as strong as injected plastics? Can you make larger items? How about the start-up costs for making a mold compared to the injected?
