Font cv boot

Anyone had trouble with their cv boots. Some how I got a little punture in the drivers side front and it leaked grease out all over the place. Any idea how much this costs to fix?
 
Correct if I am wrong, but I don't think the Av has cv boots. Are you talking about the ball joint seals, or the seals on the drag link joints? The seal probably don't cost much, but the labor to install them will probably cost be pretty high.
 
Yes the AV does have cv boots. The boot itself is fairly inexpensive, its the labor that will get you. :rolleyes: Get it fixed ASAP so as not to contaminate the joint (or run it dry).
 
Thanks for the info. The dealership is actually going to take car of it under warranty. Its a miracle!!!
 
It's nice to have a dealer that takes care of you instead of having to fight with them. How many miles on your AV?
