Just a thought: When asked by people to to do the AV change, I say Ok, but will do it for a dollar. Then I say it will go to charity. I take the dollar and save it for the Schriners for the kids burn hospitals. If I cannot do the change in 5 min, then I have to add an extra dollar.

We could have regional competitions at the gtg's. Fastest to do the midgate switch, bag the panels, and fasten them to the side, get's prize.
And everybody's so concerned about their 1/4 mile times...
It's the midgate switch time we'll soon all be working at!
