OK,,,,, long story.
Can't really remember if it was before or after the radio upgrade. It was a winter project that took on a life of its own 2 week in the garage. The radio was installed with a conversion kit from Crutchfield. I'm on my phone fuel pump in about 6 weeks play all fail the same way after a couple of weeks of the new. Bang on the fuel tank with a rubber hammer it usually will start for a while at least. there's no way I could have gotten 3 bad fuel pumps out of 3 fuel pumps. Has anyone ever experienced this.  Is just completely crazy after a couple of weeks the fuel pump just stops working. for some reason I'm suspecting a grounding issue or a BCM. By the way does anyone know where the BCM is located?

What brand fuel pump did you install?

Others have reported to not have the best of luck when using non-OEM brand fuel pumps.

For repairs that I do not wish to repeat in short order, I always try to use OEM parts.

Could you explain better what has happened your post is lacking info and confusing.

When did you replace first and why?
When did you replace second and why?
What does your phone have to do with fuel pump?

Replace with OEM pump. At 500,420 miles is when mine started going out.
