Buried in Full time DRL threads is nuggets of info to Wig/Wag the drl's and turn signals. I did this mod around the first of the year. It is almost my favorite mod! >:D I just got around to animating a pick to post. If you Ask nice, someone will post a well written way to do this mod for all years of AV's ;)

please ignore how it looks like my AV is on speed :E: I'll fix that..lol

OK OK... heres a link. http://www.chevyavalanchefanclub.com/cafcna/index.php?board=16;action=display;threadid=5740;start=300 And start reading (y)

I'll ask nicely... could you please share this information? I have been avoiding the Fulltime DRL mod because I have the need to be stealthy sometimes. Is there a way to include a switch to disable the mod ?? Thanks,

This would be great for those people who use dark smoked headlight/turn signal covers during the day and are concerned that their turn covered signals may not be visible enough. (y)

OK, here goes...

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE WITH SUGAR AND A CHERRY ON TOP!?! :-*

Is that nicely enough? What else should I do? I could always slip on a nice lingerie teddy or something too. (I would have to shave firsat though :D: :D: ;D!!!)

All teasing aside, if someone knows how to do this, I would GREATLY appreciate it!

Love the look, would love a nice easy to follow write-up also. I plan on doing this mod after I get the backlog of "already arrived parts" mods done.

Thanks in advance - Rich / N1NCZ
BTW Love the pictures & mods you have done to your Av!

That's looks really neat (y)

My 1st thought is whether there might be anything in the Highway Traffic Act (State or Provincial) which may question this sort of mod ??? I've seen sequential rear turn signals, but nothing like that on the front. Anyone know for sure?

Wow, I blew off a bunch of folks.

First you have to do the Full time DRL mod. There are 2 ways to do the 02.

grounding a wire at the BCM under the dash, I'll have to look up what wire again

doing the fuse box diode rewire, Instructions for both are in the thread I posted

then using WesTexAVY post for the relay from the ShaQ,

one wire goes to ground and one goes to the turn sig +.
then you cut the DRL positive wire  and attach relay between them with the other 2 wires.

The turn signal is now the switch that turns Off the other side of the relay feeding the DRL its power

It's all in the page i linked.

03 AVS use a different full time DRL wiring.  also in that thread.

I did the BCM ground wire with a switch so I can turn it off.
