I'd buy a filter like that is a heartbeat. ?Not sure if the manufacturers would make somthing like that - may not be cost effective for them. ?As an alternative, I've tried knocking a couple of holes in the filter with a nail and hammer. ?It does drain slowly, but with the advent of directing the flow of the oil with a SureDrain and 18" rubber hose to the funnel of the oil receptical I wont have to wait for that to finish before I "nail the filter". ?This amounts to a one step process.
Works for me! ?
Cheers!
I usually do the hole in the filter deal, too. Still end up with oil all over the joint. Maybe trying the Sure Drain thing will help some.
