Has anyone replaced thier pedals? I'm working with another AV club member to replace the pedals and the gas seems to be fastened on with a clip that seems like it needs to be destroyed to get it off!!

Any help would be great. (y)

Are you having pedals custom made, or did you get something off the web? I wanted to do this also, and was going to have something made for me.

Openminds got a really nice set of billet pedals and we're having trouble with the gas. He did the rest but now we're stuck. I was thinking of just getting some of the cheap neon ones but we need to find out how to install them first.
Who knows maybe we can get the next funniest captions photo if we try to install it at Pismo!

As you both now, we got it figured out. Remove the 2 10mm nuts holding the gas pedal assembly on the the firewall. Unplug the electrical plug, and you have the unit in your hand. Much easier to replace that pedal.
