GM Hood Deflector Questions

I notice that the GM Hood Deflector that some of the members here have is NOT a wrap-around shield. I also notice that is has the word "Avalanche" in the middle of it.

Does GM have a "wrap-around" hood deflector for our Avalanches? If so, does it have the "Avalanche" word etched in it?

The GM deflectors come either with or without the 'avalanche' branded on it... your choice when you order. Costs more for the branded one.

I know the GM deflector for the cladded av is a wrap around style... if you have seen GM ones that aren't I'm guessing they are for the WBH.

I painted a WBH deflector for one of our demo's at the dealership last week and I can confirm that it does not wrap around.

One other thing I noticed, it had a sticker that said "Made in Australia" on it.

Here is a side on view of the 'wrap around'. There is more stuff you can see through the link in my sig to the Right Hand drive avalanche in Australia.

here's a pic of the bug shield with Avalanche on it. It's hard to see where it says Avalanche on it from this shot, but it looks really good, same script and size as the logo on the cladding.
