GM pf48 oil filter

Manual calls for GM pf48 oil filter for my 2013 Avalanche , does anybody use them and if manual recommends it, is it good for 5000 miles?

I bought my 2013 in February of 13 and have used a PF48 for every oil change. I usually change between 4k and 5k miles. Usually closer to 5. No problems. They are good filters. The truck has 78k miles and uses no oil at all.
