GM, CHRYSLER HAND OUT HOLIDAY INCENTIVES
In light of sluggish November sales, GM and Chrysler are sweetening some of their best financial deals to keep customers shopping through the holiday season. General Motors will offer additional incentives and rebates on some 2002-2003 SUVs that already qualify for the ?Zero, Zero, Zero? promotion that offers no money down, no payments for 90 days and zero-interest financing. Triple-zero financing will be available on 13 SUVs, while new $1000 rebates will be added to the following models: Chevrolet Trailblazer, Trailblazer EXT, Tracker, Blazer, Tahoe, Suburban, GMC Envoy, Envoy XL, Yukon, Yukon XL, Yukon Denali, Yukon Denali XL and the Oldsmobile Bravada. The deals are good through Jan. 2. For its part, Chrysler says it will offer $2500 cash back or zero-percent financing for up to five years on nearly all its minivans through Jan. 2. Ford has not announced whether it will match the holiday deals.
