That is my question. The new Silverado frond end was made to look like and AV, right? And GMC and Chevy stuff has notoriously been bolt on. So in my (warped) mind it stands to reason that there is a good chance that you could take a grille from an '03 Sierra and probably bolt it onto an AV.

Wadaya think?

I had the same thought. But after looking and looking at them I decided just the grille won't work without fairly extensive modification to either the grille or it's surrounding shell. Now If I could someone with a Sierra who'd like to swap the whole front clip....may be.

I agree. I think that you'd have to replace the hood, the front fenders the grille itself and the bumper area. Now, if you're doing this to a WBH AV, thre may be a little less to do, but I also don't think that having a chrome bumper will look quite right with cladding all around the rest of the truck. But that's just my opinion.
I think it would be a very extensive mod though.

I think that's the idea, yes a WBH. I think it would look very good but not practical I'm afraid. But then, a lot of the mods aren't that practical!

Yes the HOOD, FRONT FENDERS, FRONT BUMPER, HEADLIGHTS, TURNSIGNAL, FOG LIGHT and DRL's and wire harnass need to be changed so that the GMC grill will fit.... On the GMT800 truck, GM made the front end parts different. No longer will the it just be the name tag....
As for the 03 Silverado, it too is not a straight swap out....

I think I will stick with the Chevy front end. I don't care for the GMC...my .02$
