going tomorrow to look at an '02

tomorrow morning I'm going to go look at an 02 with about 165,000 miles. the leather looks a little rough, but not bad for being 18 years old. the only issue i can tell from the dealer pics are the previous owner botched an aftermarket radio install, so the dash bezel is only half attached. missing the small piece of cladding between rear tire and rear door on one side. no issue, i can replace that. tailgate latch doesn't work, no issue, its a Chevy I expect the tailgate handle to need replaced a few times in its life. may not have had bed cover panels, no issue, local yard has then for ~$270 for the set of 3.

I hope the rest of it matches my expectations!

it turned out to be rougher cosmetically than i had thought, i would have walked away with it, but the dealership and me couldn't come to an agreement on price. the search continues...

they started at 3500, and only came down to 3300.

i'm trying my hardest to find something at a max of 3000. there are alot of them in the range around me, just waiting for the right one to show up, most have more miles then i'd prefer.

I picked up an 02 with 115,000 for $3500, the driver seat has some cracking and was missing a small piece of cladding. The motor and trans are smooth i picked up the cladding off ebay. I use it for a work truck but now
