Hey folks, just wondering if anyone out there w/ a Pewter cladded AVY who's sporting stainless or black tube steps could post some pics of your AVY. I've found some tube steps that I like, but am having a hard time deciding on whether to get the stainless or black. Show me yours, and help a brother AV-er out would ya? Thanx.

i've got an 02 with the stainless bars... they're not gm but i forget what they are at the moment (i know, shame on me!) all i know is they look good and do a good job as steps and protecting my cladding when needed.. ;)

Thanx Goofy & Bikerchic, still can't make up my mind!!!Stainless or Black tubes...I'm really torn. If money were no object, I'd get them both!

I wish I hadn't got the factory running boards now. I like the black. :B:

I chose the black because they tend to hide in the shadows. So I guess you could ask yourself do you want to show them or hide them. Either way both look nice. But I have to wonder how you got out of that bikerchick?

I would go with the SS, it always looks good on anything. (y) ;D

Stainless or Black tubes...

I saw some stainless tubes on a grey Silverado ext tonight, they said Off Road on them and had deep treads in the steps sorta blacked out. I parked next to it at work, if I see the driver tomorrow I'm going to ask who makes them.
