finally after waiting a month it came rushed to put it in what a pain in the ass..everything is so tight..well it's on..my question is how do i check for air leaks & do i have to disconnect the battery??????any help would be appreciated..thx mike..

disconnect battery for 5-30 mins so computer will learn about this intake..............

To check for air leaks, mix a solution of dish soap and water in a squeazeable bottle. Poor the liquid on all the connections, one by one.If you see any bubbling, or hear a difference in rpm, you've found your leak.

why is it you have to disconnect the battery ??? resetting the computer into learn mode...i guess you peeps know best..thx 4 the help..ill let you know when i get my corsa exhaust on...

I have a question about the Volante...what kind of filter does it use? Is it a conical filter or a stock "paper" type filter?

Also, I have a Magnuson kit on order and I was wondering if this intake will work with the supercharger?

Can anybody help me out here?

Hi TZ,

The Volante has a large conical filter. I have a kenne bell S/C. The Volante mated up nicely.
