Got the Z

Picked it up yesterday!  nice truck.  I'll post some pics of the black Z71 after I get the lift done.  LT3 Z71, NAV roof.  I tinted it out today with 5%.  You cannot see inside it!  I almost wish I would have gone with a 15% though.  The local PD may make me do that yet.

I also installed the Volant kit and the Superchips today.  Anyone thinking of doing this, go for it!  I really noticed a difference and I have the settings not even half way to it's top performance settings. 

I have to say I really need to change the headlights ASAP!  I want to change them out to an extreme white lights and put the ambers in for the DRL's.  The stock halogen just llokes dull to me.  I asked for a little NEWB help in the post on how to do this.  I wasn;t sure on the exact brand/ PN's to get. 

Overall, I like the truck so far...just can't wait to get the exhaust and lift on.

Thanks, but I'll pass.  You mentioned an exhaust system, which one did you get?  Oh, and what's the ETA on the lift?  It's going to be awesome...Timgco is BACK IN BLACK!

I'm not sure on the lift.  I ordered all these parts over 6 weeks ago.  I hope to find more out on Tuesday.

I have ordered CORSA exhaust on my HUMMERS in the past and like the sound, quality they have offered.  So, I went with a CORSA sport side exit, dual tips.

Fabtech.  I was going to do the Rancho...until 4Wheel Parts told me they were not allowed to install the Rancho kit due to the Stabilitrack.  Than I saw one of the member's rigs here with the Fabtech and 35's.  That did it!
