I hook my Palm unit to an old Garmin GPS via a serial cable. The software I use with it depends on what I am doing.

What would you like to know?I'm using an HP Jornada 568 with a TeleType GPS receiver. Works well but at some point I will add NAV to the Pioneer HU.

I've been using the DeLorme GPS/map software with a Palm M130. The only drawback is that the DeLorme 12 volt power cable only powers the GPS and doesn't feed the Palm, so the best I get out of it is 3 - 3.5 hours.
On the plus side the color display is a hoot and the speed and direction displays are dead on accurate.
