Well I went to Portland on Thursday-Sunday and on Halloween I went up to Timberline Lodge to get some pics of my AV in the Snow so we left at about 10:00am drove up to timberline where it was 16 degrees and a strong wind making the wind-chill -5 degrees so I pull up and park the AV after taking some pics and I was parked facing a big cliff so not thinking I put the E-brake on (people who park in snow not to do that but I was not thinking) and after coming back out I got in the AV and the E-brake was frozen on so I go get some help the guys from timberline look at it and hit the brakes a few time and said that should do it nope no luck then they said this happens all the time drive down to the bottom of the hill (Government Camp) about 5 miles and it should warm up and release the brake. So I get to the bottom my brakes smelled HOT so I parked and the E-brake was still on so I am thinking it must be something else other then frozen. So I go in the the gas station there and see if they know the number to Suburban Chevrolet and they ask why so I told him he then goes on to say "that was stupid every one knows not to do that I mean what were you thinking" I am already mad at my truck and that did not help anything at all so to say the least I was really mad :8:. So at 12:15pm I get on OnStar and say I need a tow truck to tow me to Suburban Chevrolet and they asked why so I told them I though my brakes were frozen but it must be something else so then they connect me to Roadside assistance I tell them the story and they said it will be about 45 min for the tow truck so 50 min later here comes a little Toyota Pickup "HI we are from the towing company" I said "Umm where the roll back wrecker?" they said it is just frozen brake we can un do it so they mess around with my AV for 30 min "ohh you are right there is something else wrong" so it will be 45 min for the roll back to get back here. So they take up about 1 mile down the road to a local dinner then roadside calls me I give them a piece of my mind. The roadside guy says how did they find out about the brakes? I said "I don't know" they called the tow company the tow company said "the customer told us" the roadside guys told me that but the only problem was they NEVER called me so after eating lunch and siting around forever I am wondering where the tow truck is. So I was going to call roadside only one problem there number was on my center console. So I walk up the road a mile to get it and as soon as I get there here comes the tow truck. So they load my AV up on the back and take me to Suburban Chevrolet well as they unloaded my AV the brakes came lose so I told the Dealer to still look at the brakes to see if there was anything wrong. (we got to the Dealer at 4:00pm) so an hour later they said nothing was wrong charged me $88.91 for 1 hour labor I paid them and later that night I drove over to a Pizza Place where I was meeting NF-AVGirl and Danlwil for dinner I noticed my AV did not like to cruise down the road like it us to I had to keep my foot on the gas for it to move so I talked to Dan and Hillary they said I should have my brakes looked at for a worped rotors. So Dan calls Russ Chevrolet to see if they have time on Saturday to look at my truck. They said you can drop it off but we are over booked and I have one guy called in sick. So that morning at 6:30 We dropped off my AV at Russ Chevrolet and I went up to Mt. St. Helens with Dan at 11:30 Russ Chevrolet calls Dan and tells me all 4 rotors need turned and normally cost $400.00 but they are only going to charge me $200.00 because they know Dan I was happy that they were only charging me half price but I was mad at Suburban Chevrolet in Sandy, OR for not seeing the problem. So that night Dan and I go to get my truck not only did they fix the brakes they washed my truck, wheels, white letters, dash and vacuumed the inside...WOW that is customer service and I am not even there customer  So $288.91 later that day my AV is back to normal again.
So I was really happy with how Russ Chevrolet got my truck fixed I am mad at Suburban for not seeing that problem.
P.S. Here is a sad pic of my AV.

Sorry forgot the pic here it is this makes me want to cry  that gas station was where the jerk was
