how about :rolleyes: "limited" to W/O blue lights on Bay st.
 
Cool video.
I did notice something spooky though.
At 3:05 in the video an AV rolls by, it seems to be the final AV.
Then another couple of AV's "materialize" and roll by.
Kind cool/creepy.

Savannah is known for its ghosts and it was Halloween. Spooky things were happening.

If you watch the people that walk infront of the camera they'll mysterious disappear. Maybe they were ghosts?
