I was doing a dealer locater the other day because I have a guy that might buy an AV and wants one loaded so I remember looking at dealership before in the portland area having lots of AV's well know they are down to like 4 or less but they have more on the way I just think it is great that these vehicles are selling soo well and with orders on 2004's starting soon I sure hope the sales keep up. You can't order any more 2003 after 05/30/03 (I think) and the 2004 will start soon after that.

Dealers here in Sacramento, CA area are selling them fast, too. My friend in the business said the sales zoomed with the 4K rebate! ;D

Just more prospects for the group! ;D

Well obviously they aren't selling well someplace hence the return of $4k rebates. I would like to know if the WBHs are selling well and that's why there seem to be a lot on the lots. Or if it's because the original is selling and the WBHs are sitting. There does seem to be quite a few new WBHs here.

I'm seeing more and more in SoCal also (no amber DRL's though :6:,).

My guess is that the non believers are finally coming around or the "never buy until second geration rule" is taking off.

I really don't see the attraction of amber DRLs ?

But the $4,000 rebate really helps sell them, brough my price down to almost 25% off of MSRP Sticker

Well, most of us think the ambers look better than plain ol' white.
But even more important it's a Club thing. Shows you belong. :)

I was just at the dealership I bought mine at almost 2 years ago. Noticed the last visit there were none on the lot and this time 1. Asked the owner if he did not carry them becasue he could not sell them and he replied, 'No, i can't keep them in. Selling lots of them' And up here (Canada) they don't have the big rebates. 60 months 0% but that applies to almost every GM. The number on the road is way up. Used to be I would harly ever see one, now i can't go for a drivew without seeing one. Mind you, i live in the truck capital of the country.

I can now stop at an intersection, look around and see 4 AV's at a time. All of them hauling ass, talking on cell phones. Kind of makes them hard to tag  Now if I had a club decal..............,,!?

I like it when they double take a look at my rig, If any alaskans are reading this, I hope you did not break your neck getting a second look ;)

IMO the Dealerships- Should Only Sell To People with a Clue-( not every schmo with $$ )--I bet at least 2/3 of the people in my area will never let it see the off road--The AV's have become like A__holes ( everybody has one ) Here in South Jersey ( exit 4 Nj T/Pike )-I feel like a TOOL - I wave to these People and get no Response - :8:-Just a little venting--now i feel Better ! :p

You see a few around here but nothing like what I see in NY or NJ. Actually the big thing around here lately has been H2's (which probably don't get off-road much either  )

Apparently some Av Owners have too. Not everyone has a desire to go "off road" with thier Av. Bet that's why they make 'em in 4wd AND 2wd.

Maybe the Chief can break down the Avalanche sales of the past months between the AV and the WBH AV.

I'm at exit 5 of the NJ Turnpike and seeing more and more Avs every day. Still none in my development of 500+ houses so I still feel special.

For the first year it was a rare treat to see another Av on the road. Now they are everywhere. And it seems that Chevy is advertising them everywhere too!
