Headlights - Cladding versus non-cladding

I've got an 02 Avalanche (with cladding of course as they all had cladding then).  I'd like some new headlights.  When I look online I see lots of choices for aftermarket headlights for Non cladded Avys but none for Cladded Avys.  Is there really a difference between the Cladded and uncladded headlights?

They don't make them any longer, you may have to mod your own. The 2 type of light are no where near the same.
 
Headlights on non-cladded is same as on silverado...  Headlights are on top and turn signals on bottom...

Cladded have headlights on bottom and turn signals on top.

You will have as much getting non-cladded lights to fit cladded as you would a fords headlight....

In other words not even close to same design.

As already mentioned... Only custom built headlights for cladded avs and you have to find someone that can build them for you. Or do it yourself.
