Ok so I have an 05 avalanche an I have replaced front hubs/ both sensors / new hydroboost/ new master cylinder/ bled the brakes more than once/ new abs module/ new master cylinder/ and im still having same problem with the brake pedal loosing pressure randomly / it'll work fine for days then problem comes back. It seems to me its an abs activation. But like I said I've replaced front hubs an sensors sensors were under warranty so I replaced them again. Same problem.

I would guess you have an air bubble somewhere in the system still. I'm assuming no leaks at the master cyl. Typically you need to activate an ABS module to bleed it after replacement of it or the master cylinder.

What was your final bleed procedure after the system was opened?

Can you elaborate more on the actual mode of abs activation? Like go out and find slippery pavement or something? Also my 05 needed the abs controller replaced ( or resoldered) before the mechanic would continue when I had this problem. I personally bled the brakes to 25 inches before handing it over to him. New brake lines and rear calipers pads and rotors. No leaks on the master or boost.
