Help With Light Assemblies

Somehow in the recent weather, my windshield, wind deflector, chrome grill bar and all the light lenses got pitted. I actually looks like they were sand blasted. The windshield is being replaced and I could paint the chrome bar and wind deflector, but what about the light assemblies? Does anyone know of a way to 'buff' out the pitts? The damage is to the fogs, headlights, and directionals.

now if you had an add-on attachment for the intoxicator to hook up a buffing pad...you'd be set

Thanks for the info, I'll give it a try. Oh, the blender would melt through them in a minute!
