Help with mirror wiring

I'm trying to install outside mirror mounted turn signals. Started looking for a way to run the wires from the mirror to the inside and got stumped.

Does anyone have suggestions about how to snake the wires from the mirror to the inside?

Looks like a lot of panel removals. If so, please let me know about how to remove the panels.
