i have a 2wd 1500 5.3liter  2003 avalanche with a kn intake and a flowmaster suv exhuast. Im looking to get some noticeable power. any recomendations from cheapest to expensive????

Tuning can get you some power(more of a seat of the pants type power) and is probably the cheapest. Forced induction is your next option(nitrous, supercharger, turbo) Nitrous being the least expensive but potentially more harmful unless done properly. Then add a cam, heads for even more power. The most expensive is put in a stroker motor along with changing the transmission, making the rear diff stronger etc etc.....which you might have to do on the earlier options as well.

U can change ur rr diff ratio and get more spinning off the line, cat back & exhaust, headers, u can add a GT2-3 cam, then heads and get an extra chunk of ponies, or u can do the heads/cam and Radix and get up to lo 400's rwhp...if u do the latter all urself u can prob get away for $7500.00 (heads $1200-2200, cam $450, Radix $4000-4700, tune $500)....then u change the motor! >:D
