How Do I Start An Oregon Cruise

I am going on the Wild West Criuse but I would like to do a 1 day criuse some where in Oregon like Eastern Oregon or Centeral Oregon but I need to know how to set one up I have some Ideas to talk about where we might go and do there are some great areas around Oregon and lots of USFS roads
