how much to pay?

All,
I am contemplating the purchase of an 04 AV with the following:
Z66 with body cladding
driver convenience
adjustable pedals
sun & sound
towing pkg
chrome side steps

list is $38,500, the best deal have gotten so far is $31,259 (inc. $3,500 rebate) I still think I can do better. What sayeth the list?

The local dealer in Cali offers all Avalanches for $10k off list.

I got mine for 8.5k off list. I would think that maybe you can still negotiate a few more dollars off that or just ask someone for a GM Cert.
