I would think that this would be very difficult to do.
I put a HUD unit in my Grand Prix GT. Obviously, the car did not have one stock. We got lucky ... we cut the hole in the dash and had the wiring harness to plug & play.
Aside from simply dropping the unit in, you need to worry about two other major factors.
1) You need another dash piece to clean up your install or you will have a gaping hole in the dash that looks like hell.
2) The angle of the HUD will need to be right in order for it to be viewable in the right location.
Just food for thought. The above doesn't mention anything about which wires you'll need to plug in to, but if you have the above mentioned items taken care of ... well ... then I'm sure the wiring will be the least of your worries.
